John 13:1-38
- Truth #1 – Jesus proved powerfully God’s timing is always perfect.

- (v. 1) Jesus knew His hour had come. James 1:1-8
- (v. 2-17) While Jesus led his disciples to God, he knew Satan was trying to lead them far from God. 1 Peter 5:6-8; James 4:7-10
- Truth #2 – Jesus provided prophetic clarity as to who He was and who His betrayer was.

- (v. 18-20) Jesus identified Himself as The Great I Am! Exodus 3:1-14; Isaiah 43:10-13
- (v. 21-30) Jesus identified His betrayer! Psalm 41:9; Zechariah 11:12-13; Acts 1:16-18
- Truth #3 – Jesus precisely predicted His disciples plan.

- (v. 31-35) Jesus commanded His disciples to love one another because He first loved. This is how we demonstrate we belong to Him. Psalm 139:1-18; 1 John 4:7-21
- (v. 36-38) Jesus called Peter out for his future sin.
